These 5-minute air fryer beef taquitos are crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor—perfect for a quick snack, party appetizer, or easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (85/15 or 90/10)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp water

8–10 corn or flour tortillas (warmed)

1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend

Olive oil spray

Optional: diced jalapeños, black beans, chopped onions
Instructions

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.

Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, and water. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Warm tortillas to make pliable. Spoon 2 tbsp of beef and cheese into each. Roll tightly.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray basket and taquitos with oil.

Place taquitos seam-side down in basket. Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve hot with guacamole, salsa, or sour cream.
Notes
For frozen taquitos: cook at 375°F for 7–8 minutes.
Vegetarian swap: use seasoned mashed black beans and cheese.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even crisping.
