Description

This quick and easy Air Fryer Apple Crisp delivers warm, spiced apples topped with a buttery oat crumble—crispy, golden, and ready in just 20 minutes. A perfect single-serve dessert with minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium apples, diced

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Non-stick cooking spray (for ramekins)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice apples. Toss with lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon to form the oat topping.

  3. Lightly spray ramekins with non-stick spray. Divide the apple mixture among them.

  4. Air fry at 300°F for 8–10 minutes, until apples are soft.

  5. Top apples with oat crumble. Return ramekins to air fryer and cook another 3–5 minutes, until topping is crisp and golden.

  6. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For firmer topping, chill the crumble for 10 minutes before using.

Adjust air fry time by 2–3 minutes if using thicker apple slices.

Substitute coconut oil for a vegan version.

Use gluten-free oats and flour if needed.
