Ingredients
-
1 pie crust (refrigerated or homemade)
-
1½ cups apple pie filling
-
Egg Wash Mixture:
-
1 large egg
-
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
-
-
Topping:
-
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
-
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
Instructions

Unroll pie crust onto a flat surface. Cut into 6-inch circles using a cutter or knife. Reroll scraps to cut more.
-
Spoon apple pie filling onto one half of each circle, leaving room at the edge.
-
Fold over and seal edges with a fork. Cut small slits in the top for steam to escape.
-
Whisk egg and condensed milk to make egg wash. Brush over pies.
-
Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the tops.
-
Spray air fryer basket or use parchment liner.
-
Air fry at 380°F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
-
Cool slightly and serve warm, room temp, or chilled.
Notes
Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks.
Try other fillings like cherry, peach, or blueberry.
Seal well and use vents for best results.
Freeze unbaked pies for future use—just cook from frozen with 1–2 extra minutes.
