Description

These air fryer baked stuffed mushrooms are a quick and delicious appetizer filled with creamy cheese, scallions, and warm spices—perfect for any occasion. Ready in just 10 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package whole white button mushrooms

  • 2 scallions (separated into white and green parts)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  • ¼ tsp ground paprika

  • Pinch of salt

  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  • Gently clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems.

  • Mince scallion whites; slice greens thinly for garnish.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, scallion whites, paprika, and salt.

  • Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture using a small spoon.

  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).

  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  • Arrange mushrooms in a single layer; do not overcrowd.

  • Air-fry for 8 minutes, or until tops are golden and filling is hot.

 

  • Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with scallion greens and serve.
