Description

This Air Fryer Broccolini is crisp-tender, garlicky, and ready in just 5 minutes! A healthy, versatile side dish that pairs with nearly any main course.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups broccolini (about 68 oz), ends trimmed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Lemon juice or zest

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Italian seasoning

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Seasoned panko crumbs

Instructions

  1. Rinse broccolini and pat dry. Trim 1 inch off the stem ends.

  2. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F if needed.

  4. Place broccolini in a single layer in the basket.

  5. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until florets are crispy and stems are tender.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra crispiness, make sure broccolini is completely dry before cooking.

Adjust cook time by 1–2 minutes depending on stem thickness.

For oil-free version, skip oil and use a spritz of water or broth.
