Ingredients

4 slices fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into ½-inch rounds

8 teaspoons organic coconut sugar
Instructions

Place pineapple slices on a plate. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar on top of each slice.

Flip slices sugar-side down onto a non-stick foil-lined air fryer tray or foil bowl.

Sprinkle remaining sugar on the top side of each slice.

Place tray into a cold air fryer. Set to 400°F and air fry for 8–10 minutes.

Remove and serve warm with your favorite toppings or enjoy as-is.
