Description

This Air Fryer Caramelized Pineapple is an easy, healthy treat made with just two ingredients—fresh pineapple and coconut sugar. Perfectly golden and naturally sweet, it’s ready in 10 minutes and ideal for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into ½-inch rounds

  • 8 teaspoons organic coconut sugar


Instructions

  1. Place pineapple slices on a plate. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar on top of each slice.

  2. Flip slices sugar-side down onto a non-stick foil-lined air fryer tray or foil bowl.

  3. Sprinkle remaining sugar on the top side of each slice.

  4. Place tray into a cold air fryer. Set to 400°F and air fry for 8–10 minutes.

  5. Remove and serve warm with your favorite toppings or enjoy as-is.

Notes

No need to flip the slices during cooking.

Use non-stick foil to prevent sticking.

Thicker slices may need extra cook time.
