Description

Crispy on the outside and tender in the middle, these Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks make a healthy and delicious side dish—or a satisfying plant-based main! Ready in just 7 minutes with bold seasonings and minimal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Trim cauliflower leaves but keep the core intact. Slice into ½-inch steaks.

  3. Brush both sides of steaks with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning evenly.

  4. Place steaks in air fryer basket in a single layer.

  5. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden and tender.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings or sauces.

Notes

For crispier steaks, sprinkle grated Parmesan before cooking.

Add a squeeze of lemon or fresh herbs after air frying for extra flavor.

Don’t overcrowd the basket—air flow is key for crispiness.
