A creamy, decadent Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake made with a gooey cookie crust and rich cheesecake filling. This easy air fryer dessert comes together in just 35 minutes and is perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick weeknight treat.
Ingredients
For the Cookie Crust:

1 (16.5 oz) package Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
For the Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz cream cheese (3 blocks), softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
Instructions

Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.

Press cookie dough into the bottom of the pan in an even layer.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch. Mix until fully combined.

Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.

Pour filling over cookie crust and smooth the top.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top.

Lower air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and bake for 15–18 minutes, until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.

Cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours or freeze for 1–2 hours before serving.
Notes
Let cream cheese and eggs come to room temperature for a smoother filling.
Use a foil sling for easy pan removal from the air fryer.
