- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into strips.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Lightly brush the pastry strips with beaten egg and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over them.
- Twist each strip and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Thaw the puff pastry until it feels pliable but still cold. Cut strips about 1/2 inch to 1 inch wide. Brush lightly with egg wash for shine.
