Ingredients

  • 2 large yellow or sweet onions, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • Olive oil spray

Optional Add-Ins:

Instructions

  1. Slice onions thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife (about ⅛-inch thick).

  4. Toss onions in the flour mixture until evenly coated; shake off excess.
