Ingredients

1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon zest
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 4–6 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Stir in parsley and optional red pepper flakes or lemon zest.

Transfer steak bites to a bowl, pour garlic butter over, and toss to coat.
