Description

Crispy, juicy, and naturally vegan, these Air Fryer Golden Corn Ribs are the ultimate 15-minute snack or side dish. Tossed in a smoky, garlicky marinade and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, they curl into fun, bite-sized “ribs” that are perfect for dipping, sharing, or devouring solo.


Ingredients

  • 3 fresh corn cobs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or dairy-free butter)

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • Water (for boiling)


Instructions

  1. Remove husks and silks from corn. Boil in a large pot of water for 3 minutes to soften. Cool under cold water.

  2. Trim corn ends. Stand upright and cut in half lengthwise, then quarter into ribs.

  3. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and liquid smoke. Brush marinade over ribs.

  4. Place in a single layer in air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. Serve hot with lime wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, try brushing with vegan mayo and dusting with chili powder after air frying.

Dips like BBQ cashew ranch or sriracha mayo pair beautifully.
