Ingredients

1 lb ground lamb or beef

1 small onion, grated

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 large egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine meat, grated onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and all spices. Mix gently.

Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs (about 20 total).

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place meatballs in a single layer.
