These quick and easy Air Fryer Granola Bites are naturally sweetened, golden, and perfectly crunchy. Made with oats, nuts, cinnamon, and honey, they’re ready in just 15 minutes and totally customizable with your favorite mix-ins!
Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

⅓ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, or peanuts)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.

Add honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Press mixture into an even layer.

Air fry at 330°F for 8–12 minutes. Check at 5 minutes to avoid burning.

Let cool in basket for 5–10 minutes. Remove and cool fully before breaking into clusters.

Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
For vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.
Nut-free? Swap in sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
Avoid quick oats and steel-cut oats for best texture.
Add-ins like dried fruit or chocolate chips can be mixed in after cooling.
Freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight bag.
