Description

These crispy, golden Air Fryer Grilled Tuna Patties are a quick, healthy, and protein-packed meal made in just 7 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or a low-fuss lunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 7 oz canned tuna, drained

  • 1 egg

  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, egg, panko, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Mix thoroughly and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray basket with olive oil.

  • Place patties in the basket, spray tops lightly with olive oil, and cook for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through.

 

  • Serve warm with your favorite sauce or side.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon zest or Dijon mustard.

To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.

For a low-carb version, swap panko with almond flour.
