  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons honey



Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.

  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the basket.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard.
