Description

These Air Fryer Meatballs are juicy, healthy, and packed with flavor—ready in just 7 minutes! Made with lean ground turkey, they’re perfect for pasta, subs, or as a protein-packed snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • Optional: 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • Optional: Parsley flakes for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion (if using). Mix just until combined.

  2. Use a cookie scoop to form 2-inch meatballs.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.

  4. Place meatballs in a single layer in the basket. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.

  5. Check for doneness (internal temp of 160°F). Let rest for 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

For even cooking, make meatballs the same size.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches.

For a dairy-free version, skip the cheese and use plant milk.
