Description

These Air Fryer Mini Pizzas are the ultimate quick and customizable meal! Made with biscuit dough, marinara, turkey pepperoni, and gooey cheese, they’re crisp, cheesy, and ready in just 10 minutes—perfect for kids, parties, or weeknight snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Grand’s biscuits

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni

  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil or non-stick spray

  • Optional toppings: mushrooms, bell peppers, pineapple, olives, fresh basil, grated Parmesan


Instructions

  1. Open biscuit can and split each biscuit into two layers.

  2. Roll each layer into a 4-inch circle.

  3. Spoon 1 tsp of marinara onto each circle.

  4. Top with turkey pepperoni and shredded cheese.

  5. Spray or line air fryer basket with parchment.

  6. Air fry 2–4 pizzas at 400°F for 4 minutes.

  7. Remove and cool slightly. Repeat with remaining pizzas.

  8. Garnish with your favorite toppings and serve warm.

 


Notes

Recipe tested in a 1700-watt Cosori 5.8 QT air fryer. Adjust cooking time based on your model.

Add fresh herbs after cooking for a flavor boost.

Make vegetarian by using veggie toppings or meat-free pepperoni.

Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
