Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp brown sugar (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil.

Combine all spices and cornstarch in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and mix until coated.

Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F.

Notes
For less heat, skip cayenne and add more paprika.
Add a sticky glaze after cooking for firecracker-style flavor.
