This quick and colorful Air Fryer M&M Cake is a deliciously easy dessert that bakes in under 25 minutes! Soft, moist, and loaded with melty mini M&M’s, it’s perfect for parties, birthdays, or sweet weeknight cravings—no oven required.
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)

1 large egg (or flax egg)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup mini M&M’s (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Grease or line a 6-inch cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.

Mix wet and dry ingredients just until combined.

Fold in mini M&M’s.

Pour batter into the cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake in air fryer for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
Use mini M&M’s to avoid sinking.
For a chocolate version, add ¼ cup cocoa powder and reduce flour accordingly.
Reheat slices in the air fryer at 300°F for 2–3 minutes for a fresh-baked feel.
