Description

These Air Fryer Pierogies are crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and ready in under 15 minutes! Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick dinner, with endless topping options to make them your own.


Ingredients

  • 14 ounces frozen pierogies (potato & cheese recommended)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or olive oil spray)

Optional Toppings:

  • Sour cream

  • Caramelized onions

  • Sautéed mushrooms

  • Chopped chives or green onion

  • Spicy ranch, hot sauce, or your favorite dip


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Place frozen pierogies in a bowl and toss with olive oil to lightly coat both sides.

  3. Arrange pierogies in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings or dipping sauces.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer — pierogies need space for even crisping.

Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes.

To make this recipe vegan, use plant-based pierogies and a vegan-friendly dip.
