Ingredients

  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) Pillsbury pizza crust

  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or 1 cup shredded mozzarella)

  • 16–24 turkey pepperoni slices

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C).

  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle; cut into 8 equal strips.

  • Place 1 cheese stick (or 2 tablespoons shredded cheese) and 2–3 turkey pepperoni slices on each dough strip.

  • Fold dough over the filling, pinching or pressing with a fork to seal.

  • Brush each stick with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.

  • Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.

  • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • Let cool slightly and serve with warm marinara sauce.

Notes

Seal edges well to prevent cheese from leaking. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—air circulation ensures even crispiness.
