Ingredients

Instructions

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic powder until smooth.

Slice mini peppers in half lengthwise. Remove stems, seeds, and membranes.

Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture, smoothing the top.
