Description

Delicious and healthier Air Fryer Turkey Burgers made with ground turkey and simple spices, perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend barbecues.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Hamburger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into burger patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the formed turkey burgers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the burgers for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  6. Serve the turkey burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.

Notes

For best results, don’t overmix the turkey mixture, and ensure the air fryer is preheated.
