- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Hamburger buns
- Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into burger patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the formed turkey burgers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the burgers for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve the turkey burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For best results, don’t overmix the turkey mixture, and ensure the air fryer is preheated.
