Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup cooked meats (ham, bacon, or sausage, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the ingredients in a mixing bowl together: eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Combine with your chosen cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meats.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Prepare to cook by pouring the egg mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish or silicone mold.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the omelette is set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Remove the dish from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
