Delicious, fluffy churro bites made quickly in the air fryer, coated in cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the air fryer basket, ensuring some space in between.
- Spray lightly with oil and air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss the warm churro bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with chocolate sauce, caramel, or sweetened condensed milk for dipping. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
